Responsible for implementing and overseeing the delivery of the organizations compensation and benefits program.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years experience as an HR Generalist to include experience in compensation and market analysis and benchmarking study and benefits administration and management in a supervisor capacity
- Must be a degree holder, BS Industrial Engineering, Psychology, behavioral Science or Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Must possess strong leadership qualities, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical with good communication skills: oral and written
- Must be computer literate (MS Office applications)
