Job Summary
• Responsible for the implementation of marketing and sales strategies, promotional activities and functions for the Hotel and Restaurant to increase sales revenue.
• Checks and oversees banquet events to ensure that all function requirements stipulated in the function contract or party order is efficiently and effectively carried out.
• Responsible for Communicating with other Department heads with regards to the necessary preparations and services needed in hotel and restaurant events.
• Directly supervises the Banquet Sales Coordinator and Staff.
Job Qualification:
• Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course
• At least 2-3 years’ hands on experience in Sales and Marketing work preferably in a supervisory position
• Has undergone intensive trainings and seminar on Salesmanship, customer service and other sales related training.
• Has adequate knowledge in sales and marketing, customer service & etc. preferably in Hotel and Restaurant.
• Must show Excellent English/Filipino communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal)
• Has strong work ethics and follows company policies and general rules set forth by a company
• Responsible, dependable and has positive attitude
• Has Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
• Resourceful and well-organized.
