Job Description:
The Customer Service Back Office agent will input data quickly and accurately. The Back Office agent will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The agent will use those skills to communicate with customers, FedEx, and the Razer warehouse. The agent will need to read the requests from the warehouse and understand what needs to be done and how to communicate the information back to them or the customer to facilitate delivery of the packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Process RMA creation requests accurately and quickly from the queue.
  • Process cases in Sales Force pertaining to undeliverable packages
  • Obtain information and then pass that information onto the warehouse
  • Convey information from the warehouse or the shipper to the customer regarding the delivery of the package.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
