Responsibilities:
What do PSRs do? They assist customers by identifying technical problems and resolve computer-related problems, researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because Product Support Representatives are the ears and voices of the company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
No work experience required.
