Responsibilities:
This position takes responsibility for the timely and insightful analysis of reports of Product Support Call Logs to uncover trend, issues and insights for improvement. It utilizes information to develop and recommend improved processes, coordinates projects and contributes in the development of a system for monitoring and presentation of the above analysis function.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
