Job Description:
• Lead and supervise area sales operations.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to the internal sales force.
• Develop and implement programs directed at expanding area sales coverage.
• Implement sales policies and working guidelines.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
Job Qualification:
• Male or Female, between 27-40 years old with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing and other business related courses.
• Strong leadership qualities and dynamic personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and results oriented, and able to lead a sales team with minimum 3 years working experience as a Sales Supervisor.
• A team player who can work efficiently, effectively, and longer hours.
