•Distinct artistic ability ,creative and meticulous to details
•College level or preferably college graduate with HRM course or food related course
•Can work independently on his/her own
•With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in cake decorating
•Must exhibit exceptional decorating skills including Fondant icing, edible images, and floral designs
through examples such as a portfolio.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
• Must be able to perform under pressure and responding quickly for long periods of time.
• Capability to stand for long periods of time.
• Coordination skills to follow instructions and duplicate drawings and letters from
projected images.
• Must have excellent customer service skills: exhibit good manners, proper personal
hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
