•(1) ADMINSTRATION: (a) Ensure full compliance to warehousing standards, (b) Facilitate effective planning of schedule and deployment of warehouse personnel; (2) INVENTORY: (a) Collaborate and feedback to Warehouse Coordinator on stock availabilty vis a vis to Sales Forecast and Planned Shipments, and (b) Close monitoring of cycle counts to ensure high results on Inventory Accuracy during daily wall-to-wall count; (3) WAREHOUSING: (a) Monitor timely replenishment of required stocks per required by Sales for Distribution, and (b) Ensure full compliance of GWP standard of DC; (4) MANAGEMENT: (a) ensure coordination with Distribution for preparation of stocks for delivery, and (b) Conduct daily stand up meeting with Warehouse crew and forklift operators.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.
•Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people throughout all levels of the organization.
