Qualifications:
Courier/Cargo/Delivery/ Associates:
• 2 Year vocational course or 2nd year collage level (undergraduate)
• 21-35 years old
• Customer oriented
• Holder of professional drivers license skilled level
• Well groomed – barber’s cut, no earrings, no visible tattoo, well groomed moustache)
• 20/20 vision
• Medium built and at least 5’2” in height
Customer Associate as Courier
1. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
2. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
3. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
4. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
5. Implement and execute the following duties and responsibilities
a. To open immediately the Branch and see to it that everything is clean including the LBC Logo’s/signage’s.
b. To check the manifest against the shipments and Pesopak for delivery.
c. To prepare the DDR of all shipments for delivery.
d. To properly receive and safeguard all incoming shipments for delivery.
e. To properly effect the delivery of incoming shipments to consignees following the delivery procedures.
f. To prepare the delivery reports and DDC requirements after daily deliveries.
g. To ensure sending of data after every delivery.
h. To endorse all undelivered shipments to the team leader on a daily basis.
i. To pick-up and safe keep shipments from clients.
j. To pick-up and turnover to the main branch (through the team leader) all outgoing shipments accepted by an outlying branch within assigned delivery scope.
