1. Strictly follows work station/assignment as directed by Supervisor
2. Properly prepares all kitchen equipments/utensils needed for his/her shift
3. Properly prepares all raw materials needed for his/her shift
4. Reads baker’s projection for his/her shift and bases production on it
5. Adheres to standard baking procedures of the company
6. Strictly adheres to proper equipments and raw materials utilization
7. Consistently observes proper sanitation and good housekeeping of
assigned area
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Male, not more than 28 years old
• College Level
• Preferably with work related experience or w/ baking skills
• Physically Fit and Healthy
• Hardworking, organized and systematic
• Honest, diligent, patient and Hardworking
8. Checks and ensures that the quality of donuts and buns baked are in accordance to the Customer Satisfaction Guide (CSG)
9. Reports any malfunction of equipments used in baking to the Supervisor
