Responsibilities
To supervise the Production Crew in their daily tasks and ensures that they adhere to standard requirements in producing quality products in the Production area. Makes daily projection based on the approved sales target
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Male or Female,
• Not more than 35 years old
• Graduate of any four (4) year business or management course
• At least two years supervisory or related experience
• With experience in baking is an advantage
• Well organized and can prepare plans and projection
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
• Computer Literate
• Highly Motivated, Innovative, Creative, Imaginative, Flexible and Dynamic
