QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably Single, Male, 23 to 28 years old
• A graduate of Engineering courses or its equivalence
• Must have a good working attitude
• With Skill in Drafting (free hand and AutoCad)
• With experience is advantage
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in supervising, planning, coordination, and evaluation
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour reqts for completion of job assignment
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
• Interprets specifications, give job orders to workers, and assigns duties
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, and quality of product
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
