- Responsible for posting vacancies and attending job fair
- Prepares pertinent documents relative to recruitment
- Assist in administration of initial exams
- Administer and interpret psychological exams

• TRAINING

- Assist in training needs for employee development
- Conduct Trainees’ Company Policy Orientation
- Administer and interpret personality test to Trainees

Records Management

• 201 FILES

- Ensure that employees’ files are securely kept in their respective 201 folders
- Ensure Trainees’ files are properly organized and kept
- Sort and organize resumes

• EMPLOYEE DATABASE
- Manage and update Manpower Complement, Employee Database, and Trainee
