Responsibilities:
•Ensures excellent customer service is provided at all times.
•Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints based on the result of customer survey forms.
•Maintains appropriate stock level in the store.
•Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow moving items.
•Performs regular review of concessionaires’ performance and recommend possible actions
•Ensures proper training of store personnel prior to their actual assumption of duties.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
•At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
