Customer Service Representatives: (Inbound) Manila
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or any two-year vocational, technical or diploma course
• College undergraduate completing a four-year combo:
o At least 1 year in college + minimum of 3 years work experience in a call center setting.
o At least 2 years in college + minimum of 2 years work experience in a call center setting.
o At least 3 year in college + minimum of 1 year work experience in a call center setting.
• Two-year vocational, technical or diploma course with at least 6 months related work experience
• Strong English Communication Skills
• Good Computer Navigation Skills
• Willing to work on a shifting Schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City
