Responsibilities:
•This position takes responsibility for the timely and insightful analysis of reports of Product Support Call Logs to uncover trend, issues and insights for improvement. It utilizes information to develop and recommend improved processes, coordinates projects and contributes in the development of a system for monitoring and presentation of the above analysis function
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate / Master's Degree in Mathematics or equivalent.
•At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent. Job role in Actuarial Actuarial or equivalent.
•1 Full-Time position available.
