HR Associate- Compensation & Benefits Fulltime

Responsibilities:
- Implements employee benefits (salary loan/birthday gifts/HMO); incentives (JP levels/Perfect Attendance/salary increase); and government mandated benefits (SSS/PAGIBIG loans and PHILHEALTH).
- Checks and prepares employment papers, contracts for regularization, confirmation letter, and separation reports and other documents pertaining to employment such as SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, etc.
- Implements the compensation and benefits program based on the existing plantilla of the company by preparing salary increases notices and other salary adjustments.
-Prepares timekeeping for payroll processing
- Validates accuracy of performance ratings of all employees submitted to HR and prepares annual performance review report and takes the necessary action as a result of the appraisal, i.e., salary adjustment/merit increase.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor of Science in Business Management/ Commerce or any related course
- 1 Full-time position available
