DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER RELATIONS CENTER Fulltime

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. greet customers and welcome them to the dealership
2. market DCRC appointment system to walk-in customers
3. promote customer-care and convenience.
4. fills up the ASLP with appointed customers
5. update welcome board daily
6. obtain customer information to update database
7. schedules PDI
8. handles customer concerns
9. files RO’s
10. makes report for immediate superior (ex. Inactive clients)
11. updates DCRC bulletin board for new articles (from newspaper or Ford website)
12. assess reason for visit or provide assistance or direct to appropriate party.
13. proactively contact customers following vehicle purchase, to schedule first maintenance appointment, and set appointment for customer due for maintenance
14. conduct follow-up on appointments that were set but not kept
15. conduct follow-up to verify customer satisfaction on new vehicle sales, warranty, service and concerns resolutions
16. Communicate concerns to the appropriate department and ensure resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
17. contact customers to market products and promotions
18. update RO’s through DMS (vehicle history)
19. monitor new units if they are being included in the inventory through DMS
20. monitors customer memorandum to ensure parts ordering and parts arrival

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. a graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any related course.
2. systematic, charismatic and customer-oriented
3. with above average interpersonal and communication skills
4. Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience.
5. Familiarity with Ford products & services is a plus.
