RESTAURANT/CATERING MANAGER
• Male / Female
• 25-35 years old
• College graduate preferably w/ HRM or any business related course
• 1-2 years experience in people management
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel
• Good in both oral & written communication
• Knowledgeable in Costing
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review menus and analyze recipes in order to determine labor and overhead costs, and assign prices to menu items.
• Utilizes data: number, type, and cost of items sold in order to determine which items may be unpopular or less profitable.
• Plan menus and food utilization based on anticipated number of guests, palatability, popularity, and costs.
