Job Description:
1. Facilitate children in their Kumon work (Facilitator) by:
a. Giving class work
b. Giving drills such as: Read a book or Let the child read a book
c. Giving feedback before the child goes home
2. Update the children records daily and monthly
a. Study Plan
b. Projection Plan
c. Recording
d. Worksheets
3. Follow-up if the child is absent. Takes note of the absentee student on that particular date.
4. Conduct regular Parent-Teacher conference.
5. Inform parents if their child doesn’t do their drills properly.
Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge of Worksheet Contents (Training will be given to successful applicant)
2. Must demonstrate leadership capabilities
3. Good command of Written and Oral English
4. Must be very patient in handling students
5. Preferably with a degree in Education Major in English or AB English
