Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses
1-2 years work related experience
Knowledgeable in the following key operative functions of Human Resources
Recruitment and Selection
Compensation and Benefits (Payroll Processing and Administration)
Employee Relations
Records and Filing Management
Excellent in both oral and written communication skills
Computer literate
Can relate well with all levels in the organization
