- Architecture graduate (fresh grad are welcome to apply)
- Computer Literate
> AutoCADD latest version (proficient)
> Autodesk Revit (basic)
> Sketchup/3DMax (basic)
- Good moral character/ English literate (to communicate with American Boss)
- Team player
