1. BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or any related four-year/five-year technology degree).
2. Work experience: 1 - 5 years).
3. Knowledge on any: C/C++, Java, Perl, C#, VB.NET, MVC3, ASP.NET.
4. Familiarity on OOP methodologies.
5. Working knowledge any of the the following RDBMS: Firebird, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server or SyBase.
6. Working knowledge the following OS: Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Suse); Windows Server 2003/2008.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Above average system analysis and design capability.
9. Knowledge on how to use MS Project, Visio and other project management tools.
10. Willing to learn new skills and techniques on the job and work with a Team.
