Candidate must possess a four year Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any computer course
At least 6 months experience in a technical support environment
Experience in a desktop set-up, configuration, network operations and network security
Knowledgeable in MS Operating System
Understanding of service & support operations best practices
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in CDO
Willing to travel in Mindanao Branches
Hardworking, willing to work on extended time with minimal supervision
