* Graduate of any engineering courses
* Not necessarily a board passer although it can be an advantage
* Male
* Not more than 35 years old
* Has at least 2 years supervisory experience
* Maintenance/Construction related experience can be a plus
* Willing to work long hours and holidays
* Can relate well with all levels in the organization
