- Must be Female
- Must be a holder of a Bachelor\'s degree in Behavioral studies or in Psychology or any Behavioral Science.
- Should posses a pleasant and healthy attitude which will effectively enable her to represent both the management and the workers
- Should possess good judgment.
- Preferably with at least 1 year relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
