Our company is currently in need of a Human Resource Manager who will recruit, hire, and train people for our poultry processing plant located in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental. We are a partner of San Miguel Foods, Inc. and their HR department will work hand in hand with you regarding the manpower requirement of the plant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- at 30 years only
- graduate of Psychology or other related course
- at least 2 years experience being an HR Manager / Officer for a manufacturing company or other related business
- familiar with policies and guidelines by government agencies regarding employment
- can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
- willing to work overtime, Sundays and holidays, when necessary
- with good written and oral communication skills
- know how to handle people coming from different regions and religion
