Our company is currently in need of a Human Resource Manager who will hire and train people for our poultry processing plant located in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental. We are a partner of San Miguel Foods, Inc. and their HR department will help you in creating job descriptions and other related matters:
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- at least 30 years old
- living in Cagayan de Oro or El Salvador City; or any municipality near the plant
- with at least 3 years experience as an HR Manager in a Manufacturing company or related business
- with background in SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, DOLE and other policies related to employment
- can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
- willing to work overtime and during Sundays and holidays, when necessary
