IMMEDIATE HIRING:
DISTRICT SALES SUPERVISOR
1. To assist the Regional Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
2. To assist the Regional Sales Manager in implementing the sales strategies plans.
3. To assist the Regional Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
4. To assist the Regional Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
5. Supervise the team that you are incharged.
8. Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Regional Sales Manager.
9. Supervise Medical Marketing Representatives.
11. Create reports showing Sales %, Growth % and project implementation.
12. Make sure all MMR adhere to company policies and procedures.
13. Deliver positive feedback.
14. Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Regional Sales Manager.
15. Monitors calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales %, growth %, and project implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have at least 5 years Pharma SupervisoryExperience
2. Strong sense of Leadership
3. Excellent written/oral communication skills
4. Must be proficient in Microsoft office - excel/word/powerpoint
5. Must have an extensive Pharma experience in the above mentioned territory
6. Not more than 30 years old
7. Male
8. College Graduate
