Job Opening: Project Engineer (Customer Development Group)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical).
• At least 1 year work experience in construction or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Should be licensed
• Must be currently residing in Cagayan De Oro.
• Must be hardworking and can work under pressure
• 4 project-hire positions available.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conducts joint lease re-measurement of merchant space with the operations group;
• Reviews and evaluates plans of merchants in compliance with the mall standards, local codes and ordinances;
• Performs construction monitoring of merchant spaces;
• Provide technical assistance to the property manager.
• Team management
• Regular reporting and updating with Team Head
