We are in need of two (2) Line Supervisor, Full Time

• Area of assignment: (1) Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
• Area of assignment: (1) Brgy. Gemelina, Tayud, Liloan, Cebu

Basic Qualifications:

• A graduate of engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical.
  
• At least 2 years' work experience (must willing to undergo extensive training).
  
• Has strong communication skills and able to speak effectively to employees.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing, Coordinating).
• Have keen eyes for details and acquires analytical thinking.
• Available to extend working hours, if necessary.

Basic Function:

• Responsible for providing leadership in the operating floor of the production section with focus on quality, efficiency, availability, and safety. Ensures achievement of monthly OEE targets with initiatives to resolve technical issues even without supervision.
