The RES Marketing Manager is responsible for providing directions in developing, executing comprehensive marketing plans, program and/or equivalent for the Company's energy services businesses that factor in market conditions, competitive environment, and customer needs. Mainly, the RES Marketing a and his/her group is responsible in securing the Company's product off-takers to generate and achieve target sales. He/she is expected to continuously evaluate the results in the Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM) under the regime of Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) and adjust strategies and tactics to achieve targets. It is expected of him/her to maintain good relations with each customer for retention and continuous business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Electricity and Supply Contracts.

a. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, negotiating and securing contracts with off-takers to satisfy the company's field sales action plans based on management's directives:

b. Implement all marketing strategies and manage all communication plans for all markets and/or costumers and ensure achievement of all business objectives for revenue markets.

Analytical Skills. RES Marketing manager must have an analytical mind. One must know the value of vast amount of data available and are highly interested in what that data can reveal about the market or consumer behavior, efficacy of various marketing approaches and more. He/she must also know how to look beyond the data and pick up on trends and patterns that can lead to better, more successful marketing efforts.

Communication Skills. RES Marketing: Manager must be able to communicate effectively with a broad-based team made up of other managers or staff members and/or internal and external customers during the marketing process. Must also be able to communicate persuasively to the public.

Project and people management skills. RES Marketing Manager will need to sharpen his/her project management skills in order to lead the team and accomplish objectives.

Creativity. RES Marketing Manager must be able to generate new imaginative ways in keeping good customer relations.

Solid Critical Thinking Skills. RES Marketing Manager must choose, recommend and decide between competing and marketing strategies put forward by staff. One must have the ability to analyze situations or statements and determine their validity.

Interpersonal Skills. RES Marketing Manager must deal a range of people in different roles, both inside and outside the organization.

Organizational Skills. RES marketing Manager must manage their time and budget efficiently while directing and motivating staff members.

Technical Skills. RES Marketing manager must be willing to continue learning and adapting technology innovations for the advancement and easy communications with Customers. Customer engagement will occur in more ways and competing for their attention will mean delivering the services and information they want.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Managemenet, Economics, Commerce or equivalent

One must be willing to travel, work on call and must have a knowledge of technical diagrams, flow charts

Min of 5 years proven experience from within a similar role and from Power Generation industry
