QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Trustworthy, with good moral character and integrity
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be willing to do field work to visit SSS, Phil health, HDMF and other government offices for related concerns

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer timekeeping and payroll of all branches
  • Process monthly government mandated remittances such as SSS, PHIC and HDMF
  • Provides payroll reports to be submitted to Accounting Department and SMI.
  • Prepares Final Pay computation for all resigned employees
  • Monitor VL and SL credits of employees
  • Process and monitor Business Permit Renewal
  • Maintains payroll records of employees
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
