Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain client relationships to promote repeat business.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing data to make data-driven decisions.
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via online chat, phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist receiving orders, payments, monitoring, and dispatching customer orders.
- Assist tracking the progress of all orders and provide information to customers regarding open orders, delivery, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or catering industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
