MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible in planning maintenance and operations, estimating project/maintenance cost/materials, managing maintenance execution.
2. Ensure that Engineering activities have met the Engineering, Food Safety and SHE standards as well as making sure that the maintenance execution is timely and precisely performed.
3. Responsible in planning and establishing maintenance plan and engineering operations.
2. Oversee receiving report and spare parts stock status availability.
3. Conduct daily monitoring on production equipment in production area.
4. Check and validate all daily production equipment performance and condition.
5. Recommend for production equipment maintenance, modification, and repair of equipment in the production area if necessary.
6. Attend and report issues related to production equipment performance during Weekly Operational Review.
7. Enforce to promote workplace safety, health and environment procedures in the Engineering Department.
8. Perform the tasks in accordance with the accepted company safety, health and environment practices and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering or
other related courses
• With at least 3 years experience in
industrial equipment maintenance
management
