The Engineering Technical Staff is responsible for responding to operations call on daily refrigeration requirements and issues.
Education and Experience:
College Level/Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial) or in any related courses
With at least 1 – 2 years working experience in Refrigeration (Industrial and Commercial) both mechanical and electrical
Preferably with training in ISO 9001 (QMS – Preventive Maintenance)
Organizational Skills:
Ability to work unsupervised and within a team to achieve objectives within appropriate timelines
Flexibility in working hours in line with the project/work deadlines
With meticulous attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks
Communication Skills:
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal (English/Filipino)
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions from immediate superior
Good and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment
Computer Skills:
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SolidWorks software
Competency in MS Office, databases, graphics and presentation tools
Proficient in the relevant management software programs
