1. Responsible in the overall management of Malisa Home Inc.
2. Responsible for implementing the DSWD standards in managing the facility.
3. Supervision and guidance of all on-site full-time employees as well as honorarium based staff and interns.
4. Financial supervision over rand over all expenditure/income development based on financial budget plan.
5. Ensure proper case management and the therapeutic services for the children.
6. Ensure that the shelter is acting in accordance with DSWD guidelines and the Philippine law.
7. Promote training activities and seminars for the regular staff of Malisa Home that have beneficial impact on the program and services.
8. Establish the necessary guidelines and operational structures regarding admission – discharge and referral procedures of “after care” out-client scholarship program and the manual of operations.
9. Ensure the representation of Malisa Home Program in all relevant networks like ABSNET, RIACAT and CSO.
10. Facilitate partnerships and engage in networking that benefits Malisa Home program and its clients. Remain on close contact with TISAKA reach-out, rescue and awareness raising activities.
11. Improve sustainability of the program.
12. Write monthly progress reports to the Board of Trustees and for donors, provide annual reports and external audits.
