QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Ability to remain professional.
- With work experience from a Pest Control Industry Is an Advantage but not required
- Ability to Drive 4 wheels and have Valid Drivers License is an Advantage.
- College Graduate Bachelor in Science in Agriculture Major in Entomology

- Monitor that all handled accounts have been treated monthly. *Have a monthly monitoring form.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and *weekend work when needed.
- assisting pest management technicians.
- Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and clients’ concerns.
- Manage daily operations with the goal of providing superior customer service to our clients.
- Interact with customers to answer concerns, save accounts, and demonstrate value of services.
- Manage relationships with employees to include but not limited to training, scheduling, appearance, customers interaction, discipline, and motivation.
- Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required.
