Virtual Grounds Internet Cafe, Chavez Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro, are Urgently in need of Internet Cafe Attendant, with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Customers, and Members warmly,
- Assist customers when they have trouble or questions using computer softwares.
- Provide services such as encoding, printing, and all other operations provided by the café.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the place.
- Generate sales report and do other clerical works.
Criteria:
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma/Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
- Must be Friendly and have pleasing personality.
- Competent Computer Background. Must be good in MS Office Applications.
- Knows or have a knowledged on how to troubleshoot different kinds of computer programs, hardwares and softwares.
- Must possess knowledge on popular online and LAN games because he or she will be assisting customers to use it.
- Punctual, Honest, Organized, Reliable, Friendly and Hardworking.
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. (3 shift work schedule: Morning Shift , Mid Shift, and Graveyard Shift.)
- Preferably just living within the vicinity of Cagayan de Oro
- Must be Pro Active/ have Initiative, or can do the job without being told,
- Must be techy and know the latest information about Games and other technology related stuffs.
