Background: The role is an assistant of a BMBE Contractor whose engagement as Finance Manager of billing and automation of a US Tech Company operating for more than 10 years in technology and innovation. 

The role is a Virtual Assistant of the Finance Manager on a Work from Home set-up.

Brief Job Description: 

  • Compliance - assists the Finance Manager with documentary requirements for Taxation, Permits, and other Government mandatory compliances. 
  • Payroll - prepares and processes the bi-monthly payroll. 
  • Bookkeeping - encode and document the expenses and revenue of the company.
  • Administrative support - assist and support the Finance & Operations administrative tasks.

Qualifications: 

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business related course 
  • Preferably an Accounting Assistant in a previous company 
  • Proficient in Quickbooks or other Accounting Software
  • Proficient in Google Docs & Form
