The role is a Virtual Assistant of the Finance Manager on a Work from Home set-up.
Brief Job Description:
- Compliance - assists the Finance Manager with documentary requirements for Taxation, Permits, and other Government mandatory compliances.
- Payroll - prepares and processes the bi-monthly payroll.
- Bookkeeping - encode and document the expenses and revenue of the company.
- Administrative support - assist and support the Finance & Operations administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business related course
- Preferably an Accounting Assistant in a previous company
- Proficient in Quickbooks or other Accounting Software
- Proficient in Google Docs & Form
