The hired applicant will act as the client coordinator. Will oversee maintenance personnel within the client's property. Will perform record keeping and other clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
• Preferably Female
• College Graduate or at least SHS Graduate.
• Knowledge in office management systems and procedures.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi tasks and prioritize work.
• With Good moral character
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
