Job description
The HR Manager is responsible for effectively overseeing and managing the various functional activities of the Human Resources Department covering the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and Performance Management.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 12-15 years of related experience in the related field is required for this position (at least 5 years of which in a Supervisory position).
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of Human Resource Management.
- Required skills: Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training, Performance Evaluation, Job Evaluation, Leadership, and highly knowledgeable in labor laws.
- With good leadership and management skills.
- Willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro city.
