  • Ensure optimum machinery performance, personnel safety and minimum down time in the production process.
  • Establishes preventive maintenance schedules based on the machine and spare parts continuity.
  • Plans work schedules, spare parts, manpower requirements and required tools for approved projects.
  • Conduct briefing and meetings with subordinates to assess accomplishment based on target work schedules/specific objectives.
  • Implements standard operating procedures to handle internal customer complaints and work orders.
  • Determines and analyze tasks to maximize manpower utilization and simplify the work process.
  • Ensures that approved work orders are served and accomplished within the target schedules.
  • Evaluates the daily tasks accomplished by subordinates, identifies areas needing improvements.
  • Ensures subordinates consistently follow sanitation and safety measures.
  • Evaluates and recommends lubricants and chemicals that will bring savings and increased machine efficiency.
  • Validates and assesses machine parameters and continuity to establish preventive maintenance schedule and to ensure products standard quality.
  • Reviews, monitor and ensure compliance to ISO related requirements.
