We are looking for someone who can support the website and technical SEO side of things --someone who has skills with WordPress, front-end website builders, specifically Elementor, and can do development (CSS, HTML, etc.) as well.
Here is a list to give more details on what we are looking for:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and other front-end development.
- Knowledge of Elementor website builder.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization using Elementor.
- Understanding of technical SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and optimizing for page speed.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve crawl errors and indexation issues.
- Knowledge of structured data and schema markup.
Bonuses qualifications:
- Proficient in managing and optimizing hosting environments while ensuring optimal website performance.
- Regularly updating themes, plugins, and core files while ensuring site functionality.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts, such as plugin incompatibilities or theme issues.
- Understanding of canonical tags, redirects (301, 302), and handling 404 errors.
- Experience with tools like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) in WordPress to enhance content management.
- Expertise in the end-to-end process of taking a website from development to live launch, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
