Job Brief
The healthcare Advisor is responsible for finding, evaluating, and hiring qualified professionals for open positions. However, healthcare recruiters must consider other factors when hiring for certain positions, as many medical roles have strict requirements, including specific credentials and degrees. Therefore, healthcare recruiters must have a background in healthcare — from education, experience, or both — to identify the most qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Lead to Identify Hot Jobs to target.
- Listen to and understand the requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
- Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews prescreen candidates.
- Screen resumes, cover letters, and application materials for qualifications and experience and verify Credentials.
- Build and Present Pay Package.
- Implement recruiting strategies to identify highly qualified candidates for active job openings.
- Check references to verify a candidate’s work history, skills, and experience.
- High Call Volume.
- Meet Metrics required for the position.
Requirements
- 2 years Industry Knowledge.
- Recent Healthcare Recruitment Experience.
- Previous experience using ATS systems or other recruitment software.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php40,000.00 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift
