Responsibility: Bar Supervisor

As a Bar Supervisor at Generation Lane Resto Bar, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising bar staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and overseeing shifts.
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock.
• Preparing and serving drinks in compliance with the establishment's standards.
• Upholding high standards of customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Training and guiding staff to provide quality service and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
• Enforcing safety and hygiene standards within the bar area.
• Collaborating with management to plan events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

• Male
• Previous experience in a related field and position.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
