Objective:

As an HR Officer, you will work with the HR team to ensure the organization runs as smoothly as possible. You will assist with uplifting and developing employees to reach their full potential while also bringing new people on board. You will report to your HR Supervisor.

Job Description:

  • Create and manage Job advertisements.
  • Facilitates in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
  • Create Contract, NPA’s, and Conduct Orientation of the newly hired employees.
  • Help create programs for employee growth and development.
  • Assist with the HR Supervisor during company activities like Team Building, Sports Fest, Anniversary, etc.
  • Track status of employment of the newbie and assist in disseminating Performance Appraisal.
  • Coordinate with the Departmental Supervisor with the appraisal of the employee.
  • Update Employee Masterlist and Applicant database from time to time.
  • Scheduled applicants for Initial screening.
  • Coordinate with the Departmental Supervisor regarding their availability for the secondary Interview.
  • Coordinate with the Payroll officer regarding the newly hired employee for payroll update.
  • Assist the HR Supervisor with the trainings of the employees.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the HR Supervisor and the management.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior HR experience (no less than 2 years)
  •  Ability to showcase strategic thinking and tackle a problem from all angles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices
