Job Overview:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing various functional activities of the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • With more than 5-7 years of multifaceted experience in Human resources (preferably from a manufacturing company) as a supervisor.
  • Related experience in Training and Development is an advantage.
  • Flexible and can multi-task
  • Above average management skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling
  • With very good communication skills
  • Proficient in written English
  • Willing to work in Tablon
