We are in need of Sales Management Trainee
Qualifications:
- 4 years graduate (Business or other related courses)
- At least 1-2 years' experience as a Sales or Marketing Supervisor or Customer Service Representative
- Strong personality and is charismatic/effective influencer.
- Average knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and is computer savvy.
- Excellent communication ability
- Can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Trainable and open for corrections
- Acquire leadership qualities (planning, leading, organizing, coordinating)
Basic Functions:
- Responsible for guiding the sales team, in coordination with Business Development Manager, to generate revenue and volume growth by offering differentiated consultative service and strategic value to customers, ensuring that the Company’s goals and objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for overseeing the productivity of the sales team and ensuring that all team members are focused on addressing customers’ needs and bringing bear broad market knowledge of products and consumer insights, based on the directives of the Business Development Manager.
