POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. Acts as mobile Field Service Engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, printers, networks, and equipment. This position serves as a senior technical resource assisting both end users and less experienced support analysts such as diagnostic sales representative in effectively identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issues.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Timely and professionally handle service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with diagnostic sales executive as appropriate
- Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
- Communicate with customer to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective actions
- Consults with clients and end-users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
- Manages escalated customer tickets in a timely and effective manner
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
- Fix client's issues right on the first visit
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- With or without license are welcome to apply
- With experience in diagnostic industry is an advantage but not required
- Knows how to drive with valid driver's license preferably Non Prof with RC 1,2
- Willing to travel
- Preferably from Surigao City, Tandag City or any nearby provinces
- With strong work ethics, has the strong ability to comply with company rules
- With good verbal and written communication skill
